In his Address of September 2022, the Head of State set the task of returning 10 million hectares of land that were unused or illegally transferred. 12.1 million hectares of land were returned to the state fund. 4,731 unscheduled inspections were carried out on an area of 9.4 million hectares.
“Land degradation remains one of the most pressing issues. Today, about 30 million hectares of land suffer from erosion and other negative processes. The Unified Soil Cluster Service was created to work in this area.
