There are many families in the labor market of Kazakhstan that are considered true experts in their field. One of them is the Zhumadilov family living in Astana, the official website of the capital's akimat reported.

The Zhumadilov family is a hardworking people who have achieved great heights in their careers, making the profession of a locksmith their companion. The pillar of the family is Bazarbai Ospanuly, who has been working at Astana-Teplotranzit JSC since 2001 and has used his experience and qualifications for the benefit of the country for more than 23 years. His career path was aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of heating networks and providing high-quality services to the population.

Currently, his three sons, who followed in his footsteps, work in this institution. Bolatbek is an installer of coupling connections at the thermal insulation section of the production and repair service of Astana-Teplotranzit JSC, Beisembek is a fitter for servicing heating networks at section No. 6 of the second district heating network operation service, and Bekbolat is a fitter for servicing heating networks at section No. 1 of the third district heating network operation service.

At the initiative of Bazarbai Zhumadilov, his sons are following in his footsteps and setting an excellent example of technical service for heating networks.

The total work experience of the Zhumadilov family is 70 years. Each member of the family has achieved professional success in their work and has made a significant contribution to the development of the industry.

“My work has become an example for my children. Now they are also doing honorable work as foremen in their areas. My children are contributing to the development of the industry with their work,” he says.

The middle son, Beisembek, said that he became a professional specialist under the influence of his father.

“I have been interested in welding since childhood. I worked with my father and absorbed what he taught me. In 2003, I completed an internship at this institution and have been working steadily since then,” he says.

The eldest son, Bolatbek, also said that his father was an example of honest work.

“This year, special attention is paid to working professions. The main goal of our institution is to provide heat to every home. The employees of the institution make a great contribution to this goal. Among them, the Zhumadilov family occupies a special place. They are a moral family,” said Marat Seitkaziev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Astana-Teplotranzit JSC for Production.

In addition, each member of the family has been awarded several times for their work. Bazarbai Ospanuly has received such awards as “The Best of His Profession”, “Golden Hand Master”, “Veteran of the Energy Industry” and the Order of Labor Glory. His sons also have certificates of honor for their professional work, a medal from the Ministry of Energy, and many other awards, such as “Best Young Specialist”, “Best Brigade”, “Golden Hand Master”. Such awards are an indicator of their dedication to their work and high professionalism.

The Zhumadilov family is a true example of hard work, skill and honest work. Their successful career will remain a great example for the younger generation.
