Akim of the region Abai Nurlan Urankhaev met with residents of the Energetik microdistrict. During the meeting, he listened to the requests of the residents and answered the questions asked.
The Energetik microdistrict is one of the new microdistricts in the regional center. In recent years, the number of apartment buildings has increased here, and the population is also growing. Roads are paved in the neighborhood, heating is supplied stably. Nevertheless, there are issues of concern to residents.
"I have been living in this area for several years now. We invited a lot of managers to tell them about our problems, no one came before you. We see the large-scale work that is being carried out in the city, and we are glad about it. Thank you and your team for this. Now we would like attention to be paid to our district," said Gulmira Sadykkyzy, a resident.
Among the issues raised by residents were landscaping, hot water, and the arrangement of a playground. They also mentioned that sometimes cold water is turned off.
"Every issue that you have raised will not be ignored. But you need to understand that the problems that have been accumulating for many years will not be solved in one day. We will gradually eliminate them. There are more than 500 yards in the city. We restored some of them last year, and this year we also improved many courtyards. The work will continue, and your neighborhood is also included in the plan. I will personally control all these works," the governor of the region said.
The governor of the region not only met with residents, but also inspected the neighborhood to familiarize himself with the situation personally. At the end of the trip, he gave specific instructions to his deputy Dimitri Garikov and other responsible persons to solve the problems of the neighborhood.
