Nurbolat Nurgaliyev, a resident of the Baikadam village of the Shalkar district and the head of the Dastan farm, has become a "High-quality livestock breeder" by raising livestock.

The farm has been operating since 1998. Today, he owns 5 agricultural machinery and 3 trucks. About 300 other animals are kept.

The farm effectively uses all state support in the agricultural sector.

Last year, this agricultural structure purchased 70 heads of Kazakh white-bred cows with a loan of 28.0 million tenge and 22 heads of first-class bulls with its own funds through the Agrarian Credit Corporation under the state program "Agribusiness", as well as the farm pays special attention to the preparation of animal feed and the modernization of its equipment fleet. For example, in 2024, it successfully used the state program and acquired a new tractor through KazAgroFinance JSC with a preferential lease. Work in this direction is not going to stop.

According to Nurbolat Nurgaliyev, the selection work carried out in the direction of livestock breeding has allowed them to receive state subsidies for the purchase of purebred cattle and a new tractor.

Let's say that systematic work is being carried out in the Aktobe region to increase the number of purebred livestock. Last year, 186 farms in the region were engaged in breeding purebred cattle,
73 farms were engaged in breeding purebred sheep. There are also farms that breed purebred horses and camels.
