As part of the state gasification program, a natural gas launch ceremony was held at the Nurly consumer cooperative in Tselinograd district. Now more than 3,500 residents have access to environmentally friendly and economically efficient fuel.
The ceremonial launch ceremony was attended by Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov, General Director of QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC Bauyrzhan Askarov, deputies and the public of the district.
Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov noted that work on gasification of the region will continue actively.
“Providing the population with natural gas is one of the most important infrastructure projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and supporting the economy of the region. This issue is under the control of the President of the country. As part of the first stage of construction of the Saryarka main gas pipeline, gas was supplied to residents of 17 settlements in the Arshaly district. Today, gas also arrived in the Tselinograd district. In 2025, gas will be supplied to three more villages of the Tselinograd district - the settlements of Shubar, Koyandy, Akkain and the city of Kosshy. More than 835 km of gas pipelines will be built, and 21,664 subscribers will be provided with natural gas,” said Marat Akhmetzhanov.
Bayurzhan Askarov, General Director of QazaqGaz Aimaq JSC, emphasized the importance of safety when using gas.
“Gas is comfort and warmth, but its use requires responsibility. New consumers must first learn the rules for using natural gas in their homes, check the equipment in a timely manner and monitor its serviceability,” said B. Askarov.
The Auzhanov family, who were among the first to be connected to gas, expressed gratitude for the work done.
“We waited a long time for gas. We witnessed its installation in just six months. "We would like to express our gratitude to the President of the country for helping to solve our main problem," said the head of the family, Murat Auzhanov.
As part of the gasification of the settlement, approximately 68 km of gas pipelines have been laid and 7 gas distribution stations have been installed. The gasification of the region continues, and many more homes will be provided with an environmentally friendly and convenient source of energy.
