With the participation of the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, a medical clinic built under the national project "Modernization of Rural Healthcare" was opened in the village of "Karaketken" of the Zhalagash district. The ceremony was attended by heads of law enforcement agencies in the region, veterans of the medical field, public figures and villagers.
The regional head congratulated the audience and touched upon innovations in the socio-economic development of the region, construction and healthcare.
"At the expanded meeting of the Government chaired by the Head of State, I reported on the results of the socio-economic development of the region. Our President Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly gave a positive assessment of the work done in the region. We still have many projects to implement. We will continue our work in this direction.
The regional healthcare budget reached 129 billion. 448 million. tenge. Within the framework of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare", 28 medical facilities have been built in all districts. Two medical clinics in the villages of Yeset Batyr and Myrzabay Akhun of the Zhalagash district will open in 2023 and are now serving the country.
Let the new building, which is being handed over to the country today, pave the way for further improving the quality of primary medical care! The meeting was blessed by Turganbay Makhanov, a veteran of the medical field, Honored Citizen of the Kyzylorda region, holder of the "Kurmet" and "Parasat" orders. Veterans who worked tirelessly for the socio-economic development of the district and the builders who built the hospital were awarded.
It should be noted that last year a new "Blood Center" was opened in Kyzylorda and is currently serving the country. Rural hospitals were put into operation in the village of "Tomenaryk" of the Zhanakorgan district and in the village of "Seksaul" of the Aral district. In order to protect the lives of mothers and children, a new MRI machine was put into operation on the basis of the multidisciplinary regional hospital, and a 70-bed perinatal department was opened.
A 300-bed multidisciplinary hospital with a clinic and an oncology department is being built in the regional center. In addition, additional buildings will be built near 4 multidisciplinary district central hospitals as part of the national project.
Last year, major repairs were carried out on 8 medical facilities. This year, the heating system of 6 facilities will be replaced with gas. The level of coverage with medical equipment has reached 87.1 percent. Over the past 2 years, 245 new ambulances have been delivered to healthcare institutions in all settlements of the region, 11 of which were delivered to the Zhalagash district. Thus, the issue of providing villages with ambulances has been completely resolved.
The "For the People of Kazakhstan" Fund, established at the initiative of the Head of State, has allocated more than 4 billion tenge for the development of the region's healthcare sector. With this money, "Kamkorlyk" rehabilitation centers were opened in the Aral and Zhanakorgan districts and the city of Kyzylorda. A mobile medical complex for screening is being purchased and is being examined by villagers.
