The central boiler house is operating stably, 114 multi-storey buildings and social facilities are heated from heat sources. The temperature schedule is normal. But central heating stations need to be built. This will allow the private sector to be heated.
The project has been developed, but funding from the republican budget has not yet been approved. Akim of the city of Shakhtinsk Murat Kydyrganbekov reported that the budget application is being considered by the Ministry of Energy.
Ermaganbet Bolekpayev said that the regional administration is interested in resolving the situation in favor of the residents and is working on this issue.
Bikesh Satymbayeva from Karaganda applied for a reception on behalf of the residents of G. Potanin Street. They are concerned about the fate of neglected water and sewer networks. The city mayor Meiram Kozhukhov said that they should be brought into balance soon. Then it is necessary to check the condition of communications. Repair work may be required on the pipes laid under the road, so the asphalt paving of the street, which residents have been asking for, has been postponed for now. In addition, residents paid attention to garbage collection.
Ermaganbet Bolekpayev instructed the district akim to hold a meeting and explain how all these issues will be resolved.
In addition, the issue of medical rehabilitation of people with disabilities was raised at a personal reception of the regional akim. A resident of Abay, Karlygash Zhumagalieva, contacted the rehabilitation center in Karkaraly. She says that people in need of medical care can take such courses twice a year. Ermaganbet Bolekpayev sent the head of the employment coordination and social programs department to Karkaraly to study the work of the rehabilitation center there.
