INTERIM RESULTS: 150 APPLICANTS SCORED POINTS ABOVE 130 POINTS
About 126 thousand people took the test in the three weeks of the UNT in January. About 72% of applicants scored the cut-off point. According to the test results, the average score was 67 points. The highest score was 138, which was scored by a student from Shymkent. 150 applicants scored more than 130 points.
78.7% of test participants passed the test in Kazakh, 21.2% in Russian, and 62 people in English.
The majority of applicants, 17.8%, passed the combination of subjects "Biology-Chemistry". 17.2% chose the combination "Mathematics-Physics" and 10.4% chose the combination "Mathematics-Informatics". The least chosen combination is “Chemistry-Physics”, which was passed by 149 people.
Thanks to the creation of favorable conditions for applicants with special educational needs, 295 applicants took part in the January UNT.
Applicants can appeal within 30 minutes after the end of the test, in which case the certificate will be available in the test taker’s personal account after the decision on the appeal is made.
Currently, the results of 142 people have been canceled. Of these, 89 applicants were denied the opportunity to take the test due to attempts to carry prohibited items such as smartphones and cheat sheets, and 53 people were expelled from the audience for violating the rules during the test. No other individuals were identified.
It should be noted that after the end of the 2025 UNT, the video recordings of the test will be analyzed until October 31 of the calendar year. If the facts of using prohibited substances or violating the rules are revealed, the applicant's UNT results will be canceled.
As a reminder, the January UNT will be held from January 13 to February 10. About 167 thousand applicants expressed their intention to participate in the test.
