In the Turkestan region, intensive work continues to open production facilities and attract investment. On the instructions of the regional head, projects are also planned in the Tulkubas district.
"Karkyn Trade" LLP plans to begin construction of a poultry processing plant with a capacity of 100 thousand tons per year near the village of Zhabagly in the fall of this year.
Today, the aforementioned entrepreneurs met with the district akim Askar Yestibayev and discussed the progress of the project. The project, which is included in the main development plan of the district and has a total cost of 28 billion tenge, is planned for 2025-2026. The production center here will consist of four main parts: a poultry farm, a feed production workshop, a hatchery (incubator) and a slaughterhouse. It is expected that 268 people will be employed when the enterprise is fully operational.
Having discussed the project in detail with the entrepreneurs, the district head warned that 95 percent of the new jobs to be created there will be employed by local residents. He instructed the responsible specialists to work out the provision of the necessary infrastructure (water, electricity) from the very beginning.
He noted that, taking into account the issue of providing additional land plots to the project owners, construction work should begin on the 104 hectares of land allocated today. He added that additional land plots will be considered as needed.
It should be noted that in the event that the production facility is launched, citizens hired there will undergo special courses by that institution depending on their specialty.
