As part of the "Year of Worker Professions" declared by the President, a meeting was held in the Turkestan region under the chairmanship of Deputy Akim of the region, Beisenbai Tazhibayev. It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Turkestan region Asylkhan Ibadullayev, Deputy Head of the Regional Education Department Aigul Kasymbekova, entrepreneurs, heads of enterprises, colleges, representatives of the business community, employers. The Deputy Akim of the region noted the importance of establishing effective interaction between colleges and enterprises. It is necessary to introduce dual training so that students not only receive theoretical education, but also undergo industrial training, after which they can get a job. Companies can monitor colleges and help train specialists in accordance with their needs. It is necessary to actively use the electronic labor exchange.
Aigul Kasymbekova, who presented the plans for the implementation of the Year of Worker Professions, made a report on the topic "Labor Market and Vocational Education: New Opportunities" by the director of the Multidisciplinary Industrial and Technical College Aidos Apbazov, identifying popular specialties and ensuring the employment of local youth in new factories and factories in the region.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy akim of the region called on entrepreneurs and college directors to actively participate in this process and jointly solve the tasks set.
