Today, the Turkestan regional state procurement department organized a legal training on the amendments and additions to the Law "On State Procurement". The seminar was attended by employees of regional departments and deputy akims of districts and cities via online communication.
The head of the regional state procurement department, Nurlan Amankulov, spoke in detail about the amendments to the legislation and conducted explanatory work on the prevention of violations and improving skills. Responsible persons were instructed to strengthen the responsibility of participants in public procurement.
Also, at the meeting, the head of the "Organization of Public Procurement of Goods" department, Dastan Baidaliev, provided detailed information about the requirements of the Law, which came into force in 2025, for optimizing the procedures of the procurement process, improving the quality of purchased goods, works and services, and developing competition.
The participants of the meeting asked questions and received answers.
