– Each of you has a special role in implementing the President's good initiative. We have been working together before. It is necessary to further strengthen partnerships and ties in the field of education and production. Only then can we solve several problems through personnel who are in demand, competitive, master new technologies, and are willing to exchange experience. We need to not only send specialists to exchange experience, but also work together until they find permanent employment. In order to arouse the demands and enthusiasm of young people, the development of a dual education system is relevant. Students should not be limited to theoretical knowledge, but also receive industrial experience and get a job at those production facilities. Currently, the concept of enterprises taking care of colleges is emerging. It helps to train the specialists they need. In addition, use the opportunities of the electronic labor exchange rationally. I would like to remind you that we are always ready to openly discuss problems and take into account suggestions, without hiding them, - said Beisenbai Dauletuly.
At the meeting, Aigul Yergaliyevna presented the work and plans for the implementation of the "Year of Working Professions" and the system of training new specialists.
