✔️Work on the identification of the database of statistical reporting and identification of agricultural animals in the Turkestan region is underway. More than 14 thousand unidentified livestock identified during veterinary activities were entered into the database and recorded. The Governor of Turkestan region Nuralkhan Kusherov was briefed on the digitalization of the veterinary sector and measures to identify agricultural animals, as well as the current issues of the sector.
✔️According to the head of the veterinary department of the Turkestan region, Gani Kurmanbay, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is reforming the veterinary system. Currently, 5 databases are being worked on in the field of veterinary medicine in digital format.
✔️A working group was created in the region, which studied the agricultural complex in districts and cities in 4 areas: land, veterinary medicine, agricultural subsidies, and tax payment information of business owners. As a result, tax evasion, incorrect reporting of livestock, and ineffective use of land were often recorded. There are significant differences between official statistics and research on livestock.
✔️The regional akim was presented with an innovative mobile application and web portal designed to streamline these issues. The project, which will quickly and effectively solve problems in the veterinary field, automate the workflow, and increase convenience for farmers, veterinarians, and local administrative bodies, was discussed in detail.
📌The governor of the Turkestan region gave specific instructions to the responsible leaders to solve the problems in the veterinary and agricultural sectors. He instructed to study the effectiveness of the pilot project in detail.
