Today, the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Sharlapayev held a working meeting with representatives of the Israeli company BlueGen Ltd. The meeting was devoted to the issues of modernization of wastewater treatment and recycling systems, as well as the development of modern desalination and water-saving technologies in Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, the topic of modernization of outdated municipal infrastructure requiring reconstruction and the introduction of advanced technologies was discussed. Particular attention was paid to the development of innovative methods of wastewater treatment and efficient desalination systems, which are especially relevant in the context of the growing demand for high-quality water resources and the need to increase the energy efficiency of public utilities.
The Minister noted the importance of forming mechanisms for cooperation between the public sector and private business to attract the necessary financial resources and implement the strategic projects of BlueRepresentsG Ltd.
expressed their readiness for further cooperation and exchange of experience. The meeting participants included the company's CEOs Lihu Hakoen and Kfir Navon, Vice President for Business Development Liad Sivan, Director for Business Development Harel Rauch, as well as the Managing Director of Radium LLP Josef Neustadt-Milstein, with whom the Ministry will continue an active dialogue, improving the quality of public services and reducing the environmental burden.
