The project for the development and support of self-government among pupils and students, which is planned to be implemented for the first time in 2025, will be an important step in the development of youth leadership. Thus, it is planned to create student parliaments, interest clubs, as well as hold events aimed at preventing delinquency and religious extremism among students.
In the field of providing youth with housing, the second stage of the "Aktobe Youth" program will be implemented in 2024, within the framework of which more than 70 people will be provided with housing, and it is planned to introduce the social sphere into the 3rd stage in 2020. The success of the "Aktobe Kind Homeland" project, within the framework of which volunteer organizations are actively developing. According to the results of 2024, Aktobe region received the title of "The Most Kind Region" in the republican nomination, which was evidence of successful work in the field of volunteering and charity.
