Today, the 60th anniversary of Ordabasy district was celebrated in Temirlan. The solemn meeting was attended by Deputy akim of the region Beisenbay Tazhibayev, chairman of the regional maslikhat Nuraly Abishev, akim of the district Azat Oralbayev, as well as representatives of the intelligentsia and deputies, residents and guests of the district.
First of all, the deputy akim of the region, who made a welcoming speech, conveyed warm words of gratitude to the residents of the district.
– I congratulate the people of the district, who have become a symbol of unity of the Kazakh people, on this anniversary! However, we all know that the history of Ordabasy leads not to 60 years, but to ancient times, centuries. The public of this region is distinguished by generosity, adherence to traditions and customs. It is known from history that during the Kazakh-Dzungarian battle, leading men and biys gathered on Mount Ordabasy and strengthened the unity of the country. He joined forces against the enemy, opening the way to victory. Currently, Ordabasy district is developing as a region that has reached a new stage of development in all directions and has a significant contribution to the economy of the region. So, I congratulate the ordabasians on the holiday! May our native land prosper and rise in status! - said the deputy akim of the region.
In the course of the festive celebration, citizens who have earned a significant victory were awarded a Jubilee Medal.
The event, which began with the" golden autumn", was presented to the public with an exhibition of agricultural products and machinery, handicrafts. National and cultural centers opened their arms to visitors. Honored citizens of the district also came to congratulate the sacred region on the holiday, which public figure Abish Kekilbayev equated to the Kaaba of the Kazakh spirit.
The stage performance, which tells from the depths of history, showed all the qualities and characteristics of the Land of Ordabasy. Silver throat singers, Kui and dancers also did not feel sorry for this wedding. The concert program of pop stars opened the atmosphere of the holiday and gave a great mood to the public of Ordabasy. This festive feast of the ordabasians ended with a festive fireworks display.
It should be noted that Ordabasinsky district was established as an administrative territory under the name of Bogen on March 3, 1964. In 1988, Bogen district came under the jurisdiction of Arys district. Then, in 1989, he was removed from the city of Arys and became an independent district. And in 1993, the name Ordabasy was returned to the district. In the same year, a great meeting was held on the sacred mountain, which glorified independence and unity of the country. In 1997, a 30-meter majestic monument was erected on the top of Ordabasy mountain. The monument depicts the dreams and goals of our great Khans and biys, heroes and the entire Kazakh people.
