Kazakhstan college students present their projects at NASA Space Applications competition

The world stage of the global refereeing" SPACE APPS CHALLENGE-2024 " will be held on November 19.
In this competition, students of Pavlodar College of Information Technologies Roman Ustimenko, Zhan Beisekeyev and a student of A. Baitursynov School Igor Martynyuk will represent Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the regional stage, they were eliminated from 8,715 teams from 152 countries and became global nominees of the NASA Space APPS CHALLENGE-2024 space apps competition.
Now the projects of Kazakhstanis will be submitted for consideration by a team of expert judges NASA and partner space agencies, which will determine the global finalists.
It should be noted that out of 8.7 thousand teams in the world, only 940 teams were selected by the jury, including two Kazakhstani teams.
