Karaganda hosted a regional youth mini-football tournament dedicated to the memory of the famous lawyer Balapan Abenov. The first place was taken by the Karaganda team "Kyran".
The balapan Abenov Memorial Tournament has been held in the Regional Center since 2018. This year, 12 teams took part in the competition.
- The level of competition increases every year. This time, players from Akmola, Karaganda and Ulytau regions took part. The winners and prize-winners were awarded cups, medals and diplomas from the Department of Physical Culture and sports. Balapan also received cash certificates Sponsored by abenov's relatives. Next year, this tournament will go to the national level, – said the Chief Judge of the competition Balgabay nurlanov.
According to the results of the competition, the team "Kyran" from Karaganda won a gold medal.
The silver medal was won by football players from Abay district.
The third place was taken by the Karaganda team "scout".
