Karaganda hosted the city robotics championship "uly Dala Games-2024". This time, robots in the national style appeared, glorifying the Kazakh National Games.
The competition was held in 8 categories: "Kyz Kuu", "Asyk ATU", "kokpar", "Zhamby ATU", "Baigi", "Tenge Alu", "Khantalapay", "Arkan Tartu".
74 teams from 40 schools took part in the championship.
The championship was held on the basis of the 33rd school in the Prishakhtinsk microdistrict.
From the entrance to the educational institution, the atmosphere of the holiday was felt. The participants and guests were greeted by an orchestra consisting of dombra players.
Under the guidance of a technology teacher, models in national costumes sewn by schoolchildren went to the defile.
There was an opportunity to play National Games and make patterns from felt at a master class.
The opening ceremony was impressive. Young children organized a patriotic flash mob.
– The values of the Great Steppe unite our society. This competition combines Kazakh culture and traditions with modern technologies. It is informative and interesting for students, - says the head of the Department of Education of Karaganda Yessentai Ashim. - Schools in Karaganda have created all conditions for students who are passionate about technical creativity. There are robotics classrooms in educational institutions. Equipment is constantly updated. Many circles for future engineers, STEAM laboratories operate at the level of additional education.
The championship was preceded by a lot of preparatory work, - said Adilbek Berdikhodzhayev, a teacher of robotics at the Magzhan Zhumabayev gymnasium, the main organizer of the competition.
The author's rules were written in advance and special playgrounds were created.
- An electronic scoreboard has been created for the category" kokpar". A real gaming atmosphere is felt here. That is, online, all participants and fans will be able to witness the competition. New category" khantalapai": the robot must collect the asses scattered in different places. The task is not easy-you need to calculate where the object is. It is also important not to lose the necessary line, – said Adilbek Berdikhodzhayev.
Adilbek Berdikhodzhayev also noted that the National Robotics Championship was held for the second time. In the future, traditionally, the Republican did not hide that he wants to spend even at the international level.
But this requires the help of patrons, sponsors who support this direction.
Students from 9 to 16 years old demonstrated skills in assembling and programming robots. This competition helped applicants to get acquainted with the world of National Games.
- I have been engaged in robotics for 2 years. I got a good idea about the kokpar game. But the first thing to do here is to understand all the features. First, you need to quickly assemble the robot rider, and then be able to competently control it via Bluetooth on your smartphone, – shared Yaroslav Zemlyansky, a student of the 6th grade of the school – nursery complex No. 33.
The winners were awarded cups and medals. Another gift is the opportunity to study for free at the online Center Alihanrobotics.
The title of the absolute champion of the" Great Steppe games " was won by the team of the Magzhan Zhumabayev gymnasium.
