The total length of highways in the Turkestan region is 17,700 kilometers. According to the results of this year, it is planned to increase the share of roads of regional and district significance to 93.7% in good and satisfactory condition. In this direction, this year, 41.4 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for the development of the road industry. the tenge is allocated. As a result of construction and repair works, 1061.3 km of roads will be repaired, and 560 km of roads will be commissioned by the end of the year. This was announced at a staff meeting chaired by Governor of the region Darkhan Satybaldyn.
At the meeting, important issues related to the road were voiced, and the head of the region instructed to intensify work in this direction.
– The quality of construction of roads is the main focus. Contractors and quality control institutions that have started the construction of the road should take over the relevant work. Both the construction and repair of the track must be carried out according to the approved schedule. It is constantly monitored, - said the governor of the region Darkhan Satybaldy.
During the meeting, the head of the Department of passenger transport and highways of Turkestan region Kuatzhan Zhumatayev made a report. According to him, appropriate funds have been allocated for roads of regional significance, 379.5 km of roads are covered by construction and repair works. According to the results of the year, it is planned to put into operation 207.6 km of roads, 4 bridges, 4 pipelines, 2 lighting projects. Currently, 11 facilities have been fully commissioned (5 roads, 1 Bridge, 4 pipes, 1 crack), and work continues on the remaining 9 facilities. In this regard, 642 samples were taken by the TOF RSE "National Center for quality of road assets" at the facilities implemented by order of the department this year, 96 samples did not match. According to it, about 120 warning letters were issued to the contractor, technical and copyright supervision agencies, which admitted shortcomings, and 7.3 million. the tenge was fined. 8100 m2 of poorly constructed asphalt pavement was also re-laid.
This year, 2.6 billion tenge will be allocated for district roads. tenge was allocated, and 97.3 km of roads were covered by Capital and medium-sized repairs. In particular, 197 projects on the streets of settlements are covered by the repair of 584.4 km of roads. In particular, according to the program" Auyl – El besigi", a total of 131 objects or 482.5 km of streets are being repaired in 98 settlements. By the end of the year, 104 objects (365 streets) or 325.2 km will be put into operation, the indicator will reach from 70% to 74%.
