The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges citizens to comply with fire safety rules.
– Severe frosts can contribute to an increase in the number of man-made fires. In this regard, we strongly recommend that you do not over-heat the furnaces and do not overload the power grid by turning on high-power electrical appliances at the same time.
We remind car owners of the danger of heating cars with an open fire.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs appeals to all residents of the country to comply with fire safety rules that will help avoid trouble in your home:
– clean chimneys and repair stoves in a timely manner;
– do not operate faulty heating appliances and gas equipment;
– do not leave children alone without adult supervision.
Do not ignore the fire safety rules. We ask you to report all incidents by calling 101 or 102," said Aktoty Boranova, Senior Inspector for Special Assignments of the Administrative Police Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
