In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputies of the maslikhat of the Tolebi district, Yerkegali Amantayevich Alimkulov was appointed akim of the Tolebi district of the Turkestan region by order of the akim of the Turkestan region. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldy introduced the new akim to the district's assets. Deputies of the district maslikhat supported the candidacy of the new akim.
The governor of the region instructed the newly appointed akim of the district to focus on a number of important issues. He will have to work closely with the population in accordance with the direction outlined by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, create new production facilities, provide jobs to the population, attract investments and advanced technologies, as well as increase the volume of products. First of all, the task is to improve the living conditions of the residents of the district, turn villages and settlements into comfortable, safe, clean and well-maintained territories.
– Today, at the session of the district maslikhat, a new candidate for the post of akim of the Tolebiysky district was proposed, which received the support of deputies. Our priorities are clear. This is the opening of industrial enterprises and factories, attracting investments. In addition, it is necessary to develop agriculture and tourism in the Tolebi district. There are many opportunities, it is necessary to step up work. I am sure that Yerkegali Amantaevich, having extensive experience in government and leadership work, systematically implements these tasks. It is necessary to concretize the development plan of the district, increase the total volume of products and own income," Darkhan Satybaldy noted.
Yerkegali Alimkulov was born on June 6, 1981 in Tolebi district. He has higher education in customs, law and economics. He began his career in 2003 as a leading specialist in the Department of coordination of the work of regional divisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies. He worked in the Committee for the Protection of Competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Agency for the Protection of Competition. He was a state inspector of the State Control Sector and the territorial and Organizational Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Akim of the South Kazakhstan region, head of the Department of organizational, control and personnel work of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Akim of Shymkent, Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Executive Secretary of the city branch of the party "AMANAT" in Nur Sultan. In 2022, he was Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company "Astana Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation" of the Akimat of Astana city. Since January 2023, he has held the position of head of the office of the Akim of the Turkestan region.
