A small sports complex for children has been opened in Tarbagatai village of Ayagoz district on the initiative of the Batyr Bolamyn Foundation and with the support of the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation. This complex is one of the major projects aimed at the development of sports in remote villages.
To date, the Batyr Bolamyn Foundation has opened more than 70 gyms, providing children from large and socially vulnerable families with the opportunity to engage in sports such as boxing, Kazakh wrestling, judo, basketball, chess and togyzkumalak for free. It is also provided with sports equipment, creating conditions for physical education for rural children.
The opening ceremony of the sports complex was attended by the president of the Batyr Bolamyn Foundation Ernur Sabikenuly, Deputy akim of Ayagoz district Yerlan Moldashev and villagers. During the event, the fund's management was traditionally presented with chapan and expressed gratitude for the support provided.
