TazaQazBot was launched on July 5, 2024 and has already proven its effectiveness as a tool for submitting applications and appeals from citizens.
To date, 8806 applications have been received through the chatbot, of which 7913 have been successfully completed.
This confirms the effectiveness of this platform and the high interest of citizens in solving regional problems.
For the convenience of users and the identification of responsible performers, applications are divided into 21 categories. Most complaints from residents come from cleaning the territory, street improvement, removal of household garbage and road repairs.
The most active users of the chatbot are residents of large cities: Almaty (2,434 applications), Astana (1,017 applications) and Turkestan region (834 applications).
At the same time, the platform is less popular in the regions of Ulytau (78 applications), Abai (115 applications) and Pavlodar region (116 applications).
The application process via @TazaQazBot is very simple and convenient: it is enough to log in, attach a photo of the problem area, specify the exact address and, if necessary, add a comment. All data is automatically transmitted to the local executive authorities, which classify the problem and appoint an executor. Depending on the category of the application, the system automatically sets deadlines for completing the work.
After completing the task, the contractor uploads a photo and comments, and the applicant receives a notification of completion of the work with the opportunity to evaluate their quality through a rating system.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan closely monitors the timely execution of applications and continues to develop a system for effective communication with the public in the field of environmental protection.
