The Department of Strategic Planning of the ICRIAP together with the RSE at the PCV "Engineering and Technical Center of the UDP of the Republic of Kazakhstan" held a seminar on project management and work in the Bitrix project management information system.
During the seminar, the participants discussed topical issues in the field of project management. Employees of the Strategic Planning Department shared practical recommendations and strategies for the introduction of project activities, focusing on the importance of observing all the principles of project management. At the same time, the staff of the RSE at the Engineering and Technical Center of the UDP RK told about the importance of conducting project activities in the Bitrix information system and demonstrated how to competently enter all the necessary information on ongoing projects.
"Project management is what it is important to train civil servants. This is a whole culture that needs to be implemented in every organization. Understanding the principles and elements of project management will allow our employees to pursue a competent policy for the timely implementation of projects of our ministry. This will allow us to determine which projects are currently the most relevant in the sectors supervised by the Ministry," said the representative of the Department of Strategic Planning of the ICRIAP RK.
The participants also discussed the importance of implementing project management in public administration. The seminar has become an important platform for the exchange of experience and best practices between participants. This seminar is aimed at raising awareness among the Ministry's staff about project management.
