During the reception, residents of Astana, Almaty, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Akmola and Zhambyl regions addressed Bekbolat Moldabekov.
On the part of the population, issues related to the activities of the judicial authorities were raised, including on issues of alimony collection, complaints were made about the actions of employees of the Chamber of the Legal Council, private bailiffs and lawyers.
Following the reception of citizens, the Vice Minister gave a number of specific instructions to the heads of territorial divisions and directors of departments of the central office of the Ministry of Justice.
The issues raised during the reception of citizens were taken under personal control by the Vice Minister.
