A new executive director of FC Shakhtar has been appointed

By the decision of the Board of Directors of FC Shakhtar, Talgat Dyusekov, a successful entrepreneur, public figure and philanthropist, was appointed to the position of executive director. The changes in the management were announced on the club's official website.
"The new head has experience in the field of sports management. In 2022-2023, he headed the association "Asyk ata", which is part of the Association of National Sports. In a short time, he built an organizational structure and held the first Asian championship in the history of asyk ata," the message reads.
The new manager is tasked with bringing Shakhtar out of the current crisis, as well as restructuring and improving the club.
On behalf of the akim of the region, it is necessary to develop a club development strategy within a month. We also have to solve the task of developing children's and youth football.
"The new management of the club has reached an agreement on attracting foreign specialists to the coaching staff. As it became known today, the preparation of the team for the new season will be headed by Czech manager Jiri Yaroshik," the message says.
Jiri Yaroshik is a professional football player, he was the champion of England (with Chelsea), Scotland (with Celtic), the Czech Republic (with Sparta) and Russia (with CSKA), successfully played in the Spanish Example (with Zaragoza and Alaves). He has a UEFA PRO license, which gives him the right to coach professional clubs in the top divisions of the European championships. Before being invited to Shakhtar, he coached clubs from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Russia.
In addition to coaching duties, Yaroshik will be engaged in professional development of Karaganda football specialists.
