The regional akimat discussed the development plan of the Shardara district until 2030. Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy noted that it is necessary to effectively use the geographical features of Shardara, reservoirs, irrigated fields.
- There are a lot of irrigated lands in the Shardara district. The possibilities for the development of crop production and crop diversification are very high. It is better to use it correctly. It is necessary to strengthen the work on attracting investments. Why are we developing this development plan? The work will not be systematic if we do not put an accurate indicator, disassemble and fix it for each year. We have developed a 6-year plan so that ideas can be found, finances are scarce, and projects are not. To do this, all departments work in the industry for which they are responsible, solve issues of attracting infrastructure and much more. Only then will the projects be implemented and the region's economy will grow," Darkhan Satybaldy said with relevant instructions to those responsible.
According to Akim of Shardara district Arman Karsybayev, 4 directions have been chosen in the development of the district. These are: tourism, agriculture, industry and fishing. In 2024-2030, 154 investment projects were implemented and about 4 thousand jobs were created. The total cost of the projects amounted to $ 210 billion - I do not know. 49 projects are planned in industry and trade, 16 in tourism, 75 in fisheries and 14 in agriculture. As a result, by 2030, the volume of attracted investments in the district will grow 3.2 times. 27 projects have been implemented in the industrial sector, and the number of factories and production facilities has been increased. About 2,300 people will be employed. Thus, industrial production is estimated at $ 100 billion. It is expected to increase by 4 times, bringing it closer to tenge. The district is also working on the diversification of crops, deep processing of vegetables and cereals.
At the meeting, the proposals of the heads of departments of entrepreneurship, agriculture, etc. were heard and included in the plan.
