On December 9, 2024, with the participation of representatives of the territorial departments of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the police and local executive bodies, the issues of organizing anti-terrorist protection were clarified for the staff of the ADK River shopping mall.
The following information was provided during the event:
- requirements for the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects vulnerable to terrorism approved by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2021 No. 305;
- instructions on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vulnerable to terrorism, and objects of domestic trade, vulnerable to terrorism, approved by Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2023 No. 366-NK;
- signs of standard and improvised explosive devices and the algorithm of actions when they are detected;
- a scheme for notifying on-duty services in order to minimize and eliminate the consequences of terrorist threats;
- the inevitability of punishment for deliberately false messages;
- rules for the establishment and payment of remuneration for information that helped to prevent or suppress an act of terrorism.
