Akim of Ulytau region Dastan Ryspekov visited the center for digital technologies and IT entrepreneurship, where he met with startups. The center was created with the support of the Astana Hub Technopark, the Ministry of Digital Development and the Akimat of the region.
The main goal of Ulytau Hub is to create a favorable environment for the development of the local IT community and startup culture, stimulate technological entrepreneurship and support digital education for residents of the region.
After reviewing the projects of local startups, the head of the region noted that the opening of the center is an occasion to support young people in the IT field. In addition, the governor of the region expressed confidence that the operation of the hub will become a new stage in the development of the region and a center for the integration of ideas aimed at strengthening the economy of the Ulytau region, making it modern and sustainable.
Incubation programs, training courses and seminars will be organized in the new center. Meetups, workshops, Speaker Talks, Idea Battle, Pizza Pitch, forums, hackathons, international Olympiads and other meetings aimed at sharing experiences and ideas are also held.
It should be noted that the Ulytau Hub Center is aimed at supporting startups, developing IT education and strengthening the technological ecosystem of the region. It is located at 99 Abaya Str., Zhezkazgan and is ready to receive anyone interested in technological innovations.
