The Department of Urban Planning Control of Almaty announced the beginning of the demolition of a cafe in the MD. Ainabulak-1, 6 "B", declared illegal by a court decision.
The cafe was built by the owner (individual) due to the lack of an APZ, approval of the draft design, examination of the project and notification of the start of construction and installation works.
Earlier, the Management took administrative measures against the owner and issued an order to eliminate the identified violations.
On February 7, 2024, the Department initiated a lawsuit to demolish the facility in the Zhetysu district Court. The court's decision satisfied the claims, the decision of the city court of June 19, 2024, the decision was left unchanged.
Demolition has begun with the participation of bailiffs of the Department of Justice.
It should be recalled that 53 illegal facilities, including the residential complexes "Dream", KHAN, "Alma Garden" and others, have already been completely or partially demolished since the beginning of last year as part of the instruction of Akim of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen control over construction.
