Due to the increased demand and activity of scammers who previously sold fake tickets, the Almaty Sports Department recommends that football fans purchase tickets in advance on the service Zakazbiletov.kz . We kindly ask you not to use the services of intermediaries. To avoid resale and speculation, the purchased tickets will be registered and will be sent to the fans by e-mail only on the day of the match. There will be no opportunity to purchase them at the ticket offices of the stadium. Upon entering the stadium, fans will be checked for the availability of a ticket and the matching of the name on the ticket, after which they will be personally searched and a barcode will be read to verify the authenticity of the ticket.
Information on road closures
Fans are also advised to arrive at the Central Stadium in advance to avoid crowding at the entrance and use public transport to avoid traffic congestion.
The entrance to the Central Stadium for football fans will be open at 18:00.
In order to prevent traffic jams in the territory adjacent to the stadium, from 18:30 to 00:00 on December 12, traffic will be restricted on Abai Avenue (from Baitursynov Street to Mukanov), Satpayev Street (from Baitursynov Street to Baizakov) will be completely blocked and patrol police units will be deployed on nearby streets.
