Astana accepts applications from residents through the online platform "Taza Kazakhstan", where everyone can apply with a problem related to the improvement of the city. To date, over 1,000 applications have been registered in the system, about 900 of which have been completed, the official website of the Mayor's Office of the city reports.
The main categories of applications include landscaping, lighting issues, road repairs, landscaping, elimination of unauthorized landfills and improvement of the sanitary condition of entrances, which indicates the need for a systematic approach to solving these issues.
From June 1 to December 8, 221 appeals were received through the Taza Kazakhstan platform in the Nura metropolitan area. All of them have been worked out. Based on the results of the measures taken, residents can evaluate the work of government agencies.
For example, a complaint was received about the sanitary condition of the bus shelter. Contractors have put the pavilion in order.
"Daily cleaning of stops is carried out according to approved plans. However, we always promptly make adjustments if applications are received through the iKomek call center or the Taza Kazakhstan portal. Since the beginning of the portal's work, 221 requests have been received on cleaning stops. All of them are processed in a timely manner, and thanks to feedback and assessments from residents, we can see how satisfied the citizens are with the work done.
In winter, the number of requests increases, as it is required to clean stops more often due to snowmelt. In addition, applications are received related to the operation of heat supply systems at bus stops. All comments are processed in a timely manner, which minimizes inconveniences for residents.
The main advantage of the Taza Kazakhstan portal is fast and transparent feedback from residents," said the chief specialist of the infrastructure department of the Akimat of the district, Nur Salavdi Arykbekov.
To date, active contact with residents is being established, their comments and suggestions are taken into account.
