In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputies of the city maslikhat, by order of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region, Akyshov Almat Talgaltovich was appointed to the post of Ust Kamenogorsk city.
He is a native of East Kazakhstan, grew up in Ust-Kamenogorsk, and also began his career in the regional center.
Over the years, he worked in the Department of Tourism, Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of Agriculture, was the chief of staff of the Ulan district, deputy akim of the Ayaguz district, head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of East Kazakhstan region. He has been the head of the Kurchum district for the last two years. Work experience is 14 years, including 12 years in public service. He holds a master's degree in regional development and is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Ermek Kosherbayev noted that with courteous work experience in the economy, energy and housing and communal services, Almaty Akyshov has a huge responsibility in ensuring growth in all major indicators of the socio-economic development of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The head of the region instructed the new mayor to make proposals for the further development of the city, taking into account the solution of environmental issues, the modernization of street lighting. Complete important projects in the economy, construction, landscaping and social sphere. To increase the tourist attractiveness and create a harmonious appearance of the city, make proposals for the introduction of a unified design code for business facilities. To ensure the attraction of investors for the implementation of vital and breakthrough projects of the city.
According to these and other instructions, it is necessary to prepare an appropriate roadmap and submit it for approval as soon as possible.
