Today, residents of Astana and Kostanay region addressed Botagoz Zhakselekova at the Reception Center.
During the reception, citizens complained about the actions of lawyers, notaries and the head of the structural unit of the Ministry on the issue of refusal to admit citizens.
Botagoz Zhakselekova reviewed each appeal individually and gave comprehensive answers to all the questions raised
Following the reception, the Vice Minister instructed the relevant structural units of the Ministry of Justice to conduct a detailed review of each appeal and take the necessary measures.
