The program "Taza Kazakhstan" initiated in early April by the President of the country K.-Zh. Tokayev is continued to be supported by Kostanay residents on a large scale. The goal of this initiative is to increase environmental awareness of the population and improve the state of the environment in various regions of the region.
As part of the program, the region continues to hold large-scale events on cleaning and landscaping of territories, collection and recycling of waste, as well as educational campaigns aimed at increasing environmental awareness of citizens.
Cooperation with local enterprises and public organizations plays an important role in the implementation of the program. Thus, representatives of the business community, youth, athletes and ethnocultural associations actively participate in the events.
On November 6 of this year, an environmental competition for the creation of social eco-advertisement, held within the framework of the "Taza Kazakhstan" program, ended in the Kostanay region. The competition attracted a large number of participants: from schoolchildren to professionals seeking to contribute to solving environmental problems through creative advertising projects that were dedicated to one of the following topics: reducing the use of plastic, sorting and recycling waste, energy efficiency and reducing emissions, conscious consumption.
In total, more than 10 creative works from participants were submitted to the competition, which reflected current environmental issues such as reducing pollution, recycling waste, preserving biodiversity and sustainable consumption.
The winners of the competition received memorable prizes and diplomas, in addition, the best works of private individuals will be posted on social networks and in the media.
The competition became a vivid example of how creativity can help solve global problems and become an important tool in raising environmental responsibility among residents.
The baton for the formation of a common environmental culture among the population was also supported by residents of the Uzunkol district. At a festive event in the District House of Culture of the village of Uzunkol, the winners and prize-winners of the District Competition "Best Yard - 2024" and "Best Enterprise - 2024", initiated by the public association "Youth of Uzunkol", were awarded.
The competition was held on the initiative of the Akimat of the Uzunkol district as part of the republican environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan".
According to the chairman of the competition committee, Honorary Resident of the Uzunkol district Ekaterina Adamovna Kovalets, the appearance of rural settlements in the Uzunkol district has noticeably improved since the beginning of the implementation of the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan", she noted that it was very difficult to summarize the results of the competition, literally all participants deserved the main prize, nevertheless, the independent competition committee made its choice. The winners in the nomination "Best Yard - 2024" were the Temchenko family from the village of Troebratskoye, the winner in the nomination "Best Enterprise - 2024" was the team of the KGKP "Nursery-garden "Saule" of the education department of the Uzunkol district of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay region, the winners of the competition were awarded certificates for 500 thousand tenge each.
Residents of the city of Rudny support the republican program "Taza Kazakhstan" by holding not only standard clean-up days, but also various creative events. Debate tournament: "Birge-Taza Kazakhstan" was held at the KSU "Youth Resource Center" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny, as part of the republican environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan. The tournament was attended by young speakers and debaters from among students and schoolchildren who competed for the title of the best in the art of argumentation and public speaking. "The youth of the resource center supports the President's initiative, not only takes an active part in clean-up days, but also holds various events. Today, a debate tournament was held, which attracted the attention of college students from the city of Rudny. It was very interesting and informative," said Serikbai Beibit Nagashybayuly, a 4th-year student of the Rudny Social and Humanitarian College named after Y. Altynsarin.
As part of the Republican program "Taza Kazakhstan", residents of the Zhitikara district who consistently protect the territory from environmental pollution were honored, and the results of the competition for the creation of Eco-advertisement were summed up.
The competition attracted a large number of participants, according to the results of which the best work will be placed on a banner within the city of Zhitikara.
- The main goal of our competition was to attract the population of the Zhitikara district to active participation in the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan". It is gratifying that the population is not indifferent to the problem of environmental pollution. We hope that this competition will attract even more attention from the population to participate in the greening and improvement of our region, shared the acting head of the youth resource center Sabira Utesheva.
This event has become an example of how important it is to protect our nature, develop and promote the model of behavior, values and qualities among the population that are necessary to adhere to an ecological lifestyle and draw attention to the problem of environmental pollution.
It should be noted that this year more than 11 billion tenge have been allocated for landscaping and improvement of populated areas.
More than 92.3 thousand seedlings have been planted. Based on the results of all the work carried out, the provision of street lighting will be 90%, the installation of fences in 120 villages, with a total length of 90.2 km.
For the current period, state institutions and private organizations, farms, youth, volunteer and non-governmental organizations, deputies of maslikhats, representatives of KSK, OSI were involved. A total of 601.4 thousand people took part, 354 equipment were involved, 326 squares were improved, 194.6 thousand tons of garbage were removed, and more than 92.3 thousand trees were planted.
