A trilateral memorandum on the development of an inclusive creative industry was signed in the North Kazakhstan region. The participants of the cooperation were the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs, the Sensitive Theater of Deaf Dancers and the Russian charity foundation Inclusive Dance.
The partners intend to improve the methodology for the development of the creative industry among people with disabilities. This is the first agreement in Kazakhstan in the field of inclusive creative industry.
There are plans to hold seminars, master classes, contests and festivals of international level on the basis of the Qyzyljar Creative Center hub.
