Dastan Yesenbekov, born in 1986.
He graduated from Karaganda State University named after Buketova majored in Law and Karaganda University of Economics majored in Economics.
He began his career as a leading specialist of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Karaganda.
Over the years, he held the positions of chief specialist of the specialized interdistrict Criminal Court of the Karaganda region and head of the legal department of the Department of State Assets and Procurement of the Karaganda region.
From 2018 to 2022, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of state and legal work of the office of the Akim of the Karaganda region.
Since the founding of the region, Ulytau has worked as deputy chief of staff of the akim of the region.
