Magzhan Tabyldin, born in 1990.
He graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University with a degree in Kazakh language and literature, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in state and local government.
He began his career as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature in the Beskaragai district of the East Kazakhstan region.
Over the years, he worked in the House of Culture of the district as a methodologist, director of the Youth Center, akim of the Baskolsky rural district.
From 2019 to 2023, he was the head of the office of the mayor of the city of Kurchatov.
Prior to his appointment to the Ulytau region, he worked as deputy akim of the Borodulikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region.
