In accordance with the schedule of repairs at power plants approved by the System Operator, major repairs of 10 power units, 55 boilers and 45 turbines are planned and underway for 2024.
As part of the reconstruction work this year, it is expected to reduce the average wear on the CHP from 65% to 61%. In particular, according to Ridder CHP, wear will decrease from 58% to 54%, Kentau CHP from 85% to 65%, and Ekibastuz CHP from 42% to 35%.
In 2024, it is planned to repair power transmission lines with a total length of 20.8 thousand km, 423 substations, 4 thousand distribution points and transformer substations on the electric networks of RECs.
20.7 thousand km of power transmission lines and 383 substations and 4,054 distribution points and transformer substations have been repaired.
The heating supply networks have been fully repaired and reconstructed 541.6 km planned for the current year.
In the warehouses of energy sources, the coal reserve is 5.6 million tons of coal, which is 3% more than last year, and 95.6 thousand tons of fuel oil. All power plants have a standard supply of coal and fuel oil.
