At the regular seventeenth session of the regional maslikhat, chaired by the chairman of the regional maslikhat Gulkasima Suintayeva, the regional budget for the next three years was approved.The session was attended by akim of the region Askhat Shakharov, akim of the city, as well as heads of regional departments and departments.
At the meeting, the head of the Regional Department of economy and budget planning Nurzhan Maksakov made a report and spoke widely about the regional budget for 2025-2027.
"The draft regional budget for the next three years reaches 1.5 trillion tenge. Of these, 439.3 billion tenge will be allocated for 2025, 515.3 billion tenge for 2026, and 538.7 billion tenge for 2027. As for the revenue part of the regional budget for the next year, it is planned to receive 47.8 billion tenge from own revenues, 318.0 billion tenge from subventions from the Republican budget, 59.1 billion tenge from transfers from the budgets of Aktobe and the district, as well as 14.4 billion tenge from repayment of Budget Loans. As for the expenditure part of the budget, 68% or 297 billion tenge of the project will be directed to the social sphere. It is also planned to spend 91 billion tenge or 21% on the real sector of the economy-construction, energy, roads and agriculture, as well as business development," N. Maksakov said.

During the meeting, Deputies of the regional maslikhat asked their questions to the heads of responsible departments and raised a number of issues.
Within the framework of the issues considered on the agenda of the session, the head of the Regional Department of Natural Resources and environmental management Askar Zhusibaliyev made a message on the approval of the regional action plan for the implementation of the concept of "clean Kazakhstan" for 2024-2029 for the development of ecological culture in the Aktobe region.

Summing up the results of the session, akim of the region Askhat Shakharov expressed gratitude to the deputies for the fruitful work throughout the year and called on them to work together in the future in the implementation of the instructions given by the head of state.
"This year, despite the flooding in our region, some problems have been resolved. In the future, we have a lot of tasks. The main task for us is not only to effectively spend the funds of the Treasury, but also to work responsibly and productively in its development. In this direction, the heads of departments should do comprehensive work.
As you know, a number of issues have already been covered at the meetings of the commission. Today, the issue of providing the population with gas, drinking water, and general infrastructure is very relevant in our region. In this context, we need to strengthen control and pay special attention to the effective development of finances. During yesterday's working visit, the head of state inspected educational institutions in Khromtau district. The president instructed to pay special attention to the issue of small schools, to create all conditions for high-quality education of rural children. In addition, now we need to focus on increasing the number of working professions. In particular, we need to create conditions for the development of agriculture, entrepreneurship, veterinary medicine. The work started this year in this direction will continue next year. The main thing for us is to improve the well-being of the population of the region, timely and high — quality execution of the President's instructions," the head of the region said.
