On December 12, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai, after a meeting with residents of Aktau, received citizens on personal issues until 3:00 a.m.
The personal reception of the akim of the region began with appeals from people with disabilities. In addition to the need to create a suitable environment for people with disabilities in the city, they talked about their personal issues.
The reception was attended by residents who had problems with the maintenance of communal property - roofs and basements, entrances and courtyards, asking for help from the head of the region. At the same time, Nurdaulet Kilybai sent responsible citizens and heads of management to residents' homes to eliminate problems in the communal sphere.
An entrepreneur who opened the Elim taxi service in the Mangystau region came to the head of the region for support. The citizen's statement found a response, and the local authorities decided to sign a memorandum.
In general, more than 150 residents came to the reception to the head of the region with personal requests. Most of the citizens raised such hot topics as labor disputes, unemployment, protection of the rights of shareholders, housing issues, heat supply, development of the healthcare sector and tourist destinations.
The governor of the region listened attentively to each appeal and gave specific instructions to the relevant law enforcement agencies and heads of departments to resolve all issues within the framework of the law.
