The new akim of Tolebi district, Yerkegali Alimkulov, began his work by familiarizing himself with the indicators of socio-economic development of the district. Drawing attention to the issue of housing provision, which is often raised by residents, he first visited two five-storey houses with 120 apartments under construction on Umit Street in the city of Lenger.
These multi-storey buildings are being built at the expense of private investors for socially vulnerable segments of the population, low-income families with many children and employees of budgetary institutions.
The head of the district Yerkegali Amantayuly discussed the progress of construction with representatives of the contractor and got acquainted with the facility.
Interior finishing works are underway in two five-storey buildings designed to provide housing for citizens. Modern residential buildings are planned to be put into operation by the end of the year.
The akim of the district instructed representatives of the contractor organization to ensure high quality of construction works and complete them within the specified time frame in order to transfer housing to the use of citizens. He also instructed the responsible persons to control the quality and pace of work.
It is worth noting that at the moment the construction of three more five-storey houses has begun on Kapal Batyr Street in the city of Lenger. The contracting company "Vek Stroy Com" is building one house for 60 apartments and one for 48 apartments, and the company "MOLSHYLYK" is building another house for 48 apartments. The completion date is 2025.
