At the meeting, the head of the region summed up the results of the work done for the current year in all sectors and announced plans for the next year.
In his speech, the governor of the region expressed gratitude to entrepreneurs for their contribution to the implementation of investment projects and increasing the volume of domestic product, as well as other specialists who contribute to strengthening the status of the region at the national level. He wished success in further work and called on residents to work together to create a modern look of the city.
During the meeting, residents addressed the Governor of the region Dastan Ryspekov and the mayor of Zhezkazgan Kairat Shayzhanov through an open microphone with their questions. Among the topics raised were: improving the quality of roads, the shortage of medical workers, housing and communal services, the work of heat and water supply enterprises, problems in educational institutions and the activities of invataxi.
After the meeting, the head of the region held a personal reception of citizens. Following the consideration of the appeals, Dastan Ryspekov instructed: together with the departments to establish an invataxi transportation schedule; install traffic lights on the roads of the Western residential area; plan repairs to the facade of an apartment building at Garyshkerler, 13 next year; provide preferential conditions in the health department for citizens who participated in the Chernobyl disaster to receive treatment, based on the experience of other areas.
It should be noted that before the meeting, the heads of departments held a personal reception for residents of the region.
