Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy met with well-known entrepreneur, President of South Oil company Serikzhan Seitzhanov, as well as with the management of TSS company. During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of joint investment projects.
Serikzhan Seitzhanov said that six major projects have been launched in the region, two of which are under active construction. A joint project with TSS Corporation, implemented in the Sozak district, provides for the creation of hundreds of jobs and an increase in the region's own income. The issues of bringing the infrastructure to the phosphorus enrichment and processing plant have been resolved: water and electricity are provided. It is expected that about 80% of the plant's products will be exported. A 320 MW gas-fired power plant will also be built in the region.
Relevant agreements have already been signed for the implementation of new projects. Modern environmentally friendly technologies will be used in the production of phosphorus.
Darkhan Satybaldy stressed that the projects will receive the necessary support, and work on creating new jobs will continue.
