Breakout sessions were held within the framework of the republican seminar dedicated to the Auyl Amanaty program. The event takes place in Kyzylorda.
The participants discussed in detail the key issues of the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty program, and an exchange of experience between the regions took place.
It should be recalled that the implementation of the Auyl Amanaty rural income improvement program started in 2023 in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State. For its implementation, 100 billion tenge was allocated last year for the issuance of 17 thousand micro-loans.
The program provides for the issuance of micro-loans
with an interest rate of 2.5% for the development of livestock, crop production, agricultural cooperation, as well as non-agricultural business.
"As of today, 16 thousand micro-loans have been issued in the amount of about 95.6 billion tenge. 17 thousand jobs have been created. Funded
337 agricultural cooperatives in the amount of 7.1 billion tenge. Issued for today
426 micro-loans in the amount of 4.7 billion tenge with the creation of
614 new jobs, of which were funded
105 agricultural cooperatives worth 2.6 billion tenge," said Vice Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Taszhurekov.
For further implementation of the program in 2025, 50 billion tenge is provided, including the Turkestan Region will allocate 7.4 billion tenge, Kyzylorda – 5.5 billion tenge, Zhambyl – 5 billion tenge, Aktobe – 4 billion tenge, etc.
To ensure transparency of micro-crediting procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture, work has been carried out on digitalization of Auyl Amanaty. Together with the Analytical Center for Economic Policy in the Agro-Industrial Complex LLP, a micro-credit information system has been developed and launched, allowing applications to be submitted and reviewed electronically.
Automation of lending processes ensures the submission of applications online, accelerates and optimizes the processes of issuing a micro-loan, reduces the participation of human factors in decision-making, and also facilitates detailed monitoring and data analysis.
Currently, the information system is functioning in all regions and applications from borrowers are being accepted.
During the sections, the participants exchanged experiences and also considered topical issues.
An exhibition was held within the framework of the seminar, where the products of the program participants from different regions were presented.
