On October 3, 2025, officers of the Shymkent City Patrol Police Regiment identified a driver who was driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol during a preventive raid near the "Temirshi Aulie" stop on the Turkestan highway. The main purpose of this event is to ensure road safety, prevent traffic accidents, and encourage citizens to follow traffic rules. During the investigation, it was revealed that the citizen had previously been held responsible for driving while intoxicated. This fact indicates that he regularly violates traffic rules and does not comply with the requirements of the law in his actions. However, thanks to the work of law enforcement agencies, he was immediately detained when he got behind the wheel again while intoxicated. Based on this information , legal measures were taken against the driver . Law enforcement agencies have drawn up all necessary documents within the framework of the law and have notified the driver of administrative or criminal liability. Such actions are carried out in order to ensure road safety, prevent violations, and educate citizens about the law. The Patrol Police Regiment strongly warns residents not to be negligent in traffic safety . It notes that driving while intoxicated is not only illegal, but also extremely dangerous for one's own life, as well as the lives of other people on the road. Such behavior can often lead to traffic accidents, injuries and death. According to experts, drunk driving is a very serious offense that directly threatens road safety . This behavior reduces the driver's reaction time, causes incorrect decisions, and poses a danger to other road users. Therefore, the traffic police conduct regular raids and preventive checks to prevent such situations. During the inspection, the driver's documents, medical condition, and alcohol consumption facts were clarified. Patrol police officers conducted this process in accordance with the law and provided the driver with legal explanations. In addition, information about the driver's previous violations was recorded. This data will serve as the basis for future decisions by law enforcement agencies. In order to maintain road safety, patrol police regularly conduct public awareness campaigns . They explain to residents important rules such as following traffic rules, not driving under the influence of alcohol, controlling speed, and wearing seat belts. These activities are aimed at creating a culture of safety in society and protecting the lives of citizens. As law enforcement agencies note, the consequences of driving while intoxicated are serious . It entails not only administrative liability, but also a threat to life. Road accidents often occur due to drunk drivers, and their actions in most cases lead to irreversible injuries and death. Therefore, preventive police raids are very important. During this raid, all procedures regarding the driver were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law. Documents were drawn up, explanatory work was carried out , and the driver was given a warning not to violate the law in the future. This experience is considered important in order to clearly demonstrate to other citizens the need to comply with traffic rules and to instill in them the need to obey the law. The patrol police regiment is fulfilling its main tasks through this event, such as ensuring road safety, protecting the lives and health of citizens, and preventing law violations . In addition, the raid is aimed at instilling a sense of responsibility in residents and increasing the culture of law-abiding behavior. The inspection conducted in the administrative territory helps to reduce dangerous situations on the road and prevent accidents . Police officers constantly remind drivers of the need to follow traffic rules, not drive under the influence of alcohol, and treat other road users with respect. In addition, as experts note, drunk driving forms dangerous behavior among adolescents and young people, leading to offenses . Therefore, law enforcement agencies conduct operational raids in order to promptly detect and prevent such actions. The traffic police will continue to explain to residents the serious consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol, not only in terms of the law, but also in terms of life. Drivers and citizens will be informed about the importance of personal responsibility , road safety, and respect for the lives of other people. In conclusion, the raid conducted on October 3, 2025 near the "Temirshi Aulie" stop on the Turkestan highway in Shymkent was important in ensuring road safety, preventing drunk driving, and preventing offenses . Legal action was taken against the driver, and all procedures were carried out in accordance with the law. The patrol police regiment repeatedly warns citizens not to neglect road safety, to take into account the serious consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol, and to develop a legal culture . Such activities are aimed at making traffic in the city safer, protecting the lives of citizens, and strengthening order in society. In general, preventive patrol police raids increase the legal culture of citizens, prevent violations of the law and ensure safety on the road. Every driver must follow the rules of the road and act responsibly, because disobedience to the law can result not only in administrative penalties, but also in life-threatening consequences.

Furthermore, the relay participants stopped at historical and cultural sites to simultaneously improve them. For example, the grounds of the Aktyrtas complex and the Sauran Fortress were cleaned and tidied up, which not only improved the environmental situation but also preserved their cultural heritage. Upon arrival in Shymkent, the relay was greeted with great enthusiasm by local youth. Students and volunteers actively participated in cleaning the area, planting flowers, and sorting trash. Additionally, special environmental activities were organized for young people as part of the relay. For example, the "Recycle Your Trash - Get a Gift" campaign helped promote the culture of separate collection and recycling of household waste. This initiative helped foster environmental responsibility and skills in young people to care for the environment. The eco-activities included eco-quizzes and workshops on making crafts from recycled materials. Participants were divided into groups and learned the proper methods for sorting plastic, paper, and other waste, as well as how to recycle them effectively. These activities allowed them to practice their acquired knowledge and developed skills in the rational and careful use of resources. A flower planting workshop was also held. Gardeners Dasik_begonia and Gulhome.Store2 participated, demonstrating the proper planting and care techniques. Students and volunteers were able to practice improving the landscape of their yards and public spaces, while strengthening their commitment to ecology and a sense of responsibility for the environment. The relay allowed each participant to understand the importance of their role in environmental conservation. The events emphasized the need for proper waste management, separate collection and recycling of materials, and maintaining clean urban areas. Participants had the opportunity to discuss environmental issues with the organizers and receive practical advice on improving the environment. Overall, the national Road Relay, which started in Almaty and ended in Shymkent, allowed for a number of events to be held across the country. Meetings with residents were held at each section of the route, explaining the importance of environmental protection and fostering environmental awareness. The participation of residents and activists contributed to improving the environmental situation and raising public awareness of environmental conservation. Upon arrival in Shymkent, the relay continued its work in collaboration with the city's student and youth organizations. Young people actively participated in planting flowers, cleaning the area, and sorting waste. Environmental quizzes, recycling workshops, and training sessions on proper waste sorting and disposal were held. These events helped reinforce practical skills in environmentally friendly behavior and instilled a sense of responsibility for the environment. The relay's main goal was to foster environmental awareness among young people and city residents, instill a habit of caring for the cleanliness and well-being of urban areas, and engage the public in joint environmental protection efforts. During the events, participants gained knowledge and practical skills that will serve as the foundation for future conservation efforts and fostering a responsible attitude toward the environment in society. The relay race from Almaty to Shymkent demonstrated how the joint efforts of the government, youth organizations, and the public can effectively address environmental issues. The active participation of students, volunteers, and local residents significantly improved the environmental situation, increased environmental awareness, and fostered practical skills for sustainable behavior in urban settings. The experience of this relay race will also be useful for future environmental events aimed at fostering responsibility among young people and engaging the public in joint efforts to improve the environment. The participation of the AMANAT party's youth wing, "Zhastar Ruhi," demonstrated that youth initiative is crucial in fostering a culture of respect for nature and sustainable urban development. The relay demonstrated that through the joint efforts of various organizations, students, and city residents, it is possible to significantly improve the environmental status of the area, foster a responsible attitude toward nature, and increase environmental awareness among the population. Initiatives such as the "Taza Qazaqstan" Road Relay exemplify the successful implementation of state environmental policy and the promotion of environmentally responsible attitudes among young people.
