В ходе встречи была представлена работа за первые 5 месяцев текущего года, а также планы на будущее, заслушаны предложения, мнения жителей.В частности:В микрорайонах Астана и Мұнайшы-2 приобретено 8 жилых домов по 2 квартиры, ключи от квартир получили 16 малообеспеченных и уязвимых слоев населения.На территории 7 микрорайонов (Ж. Мынбаев, Астана, Мұнайшы-1, Мұнайшы-2, Т. Аубакиров, Толендиев, село № 2) полностью очищены исторические отходы, накопленные на протяжении многих лет, улучшено санитарное состояние.В микрорайонах С. Жангабылулы и села № 2 установлены открытые спортивные площадки воркаут-типа, созданы благоприятные условия для занятий спортом жителей.При спонсорской поддержке промышленных предприятий снесены ветхие и аварийные дома, приведены в порядок территории.При общеобразовательной школе № 3 имени Зердебая Бекарыстанулы построен и сдан в эксплуатацию современный спортивный зал для молодежи.Кроме того, реализуются новые проекты, направленные на благоустройство села. Kazakh Novel “Omir Bayteregi” Presented to Turkish Readers 29.05.2025
Ankara, 27 May 2025 – The official presentation of the Turkish translation of “Omir Bayteregi”, a novel by Saule Magazbekkyzy Doszhan – Honored Cultural Worker of Kazakhstan, laureate of the International “Alash” Literary Award, holder of the “Parasat” Order and winner of the Mecenat.kz literary competition – was held at the Presidential Library of the Republic of Türkiye.The event was organized by the Turkish History and Culture Foundation (TURKTAV) and supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Türkiye.The gathering was attended by Turkish intellectuals, leaders of public organizations, representatives of the international organization TÜRKSOY, and members of the diplomatic corps in Ankara. The event served not only as a literary evening, but as a powerful symbol of the strengthening cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Türkiye.“Omir Bayteregi” is a profound literary work that portrays national identity, historical memory, and spiritual values through the lens of personal fate. The novel touches on socially sensitive issues, presented with philosophical depth rarely seen in Kazakh literature.In his speech, the Director of the Presidential Library of Türkiye, Mr. Ayhan Tuğlu, emphasized that the concept of the “tree of life” is also widespread in Turkish culture and stems from a shared worldview of the two nations. He expressed confidence that the book would have deep meaning and relevance for Turkish readers.In her remarks, author Saule Doszhan shared the backstory of the novel’s creation and sincerely thanked everyone who contributed to its Turkish translation, as well as her readers. She emphasized that by addressing universal human issues, the book helps promote Kazakh literature at an international level.As part of the ceremony, the Center for the Rapprochement of Cultures under the auspices of UNESCO presented a selection of Kazakh literary classics to the National Library of Türkiye. "Law and Order" through art: anti-corruption performance shown for civil servants in East Kazakhstan Region 29.05.2025
As part of the promotion of the ideology of "Law and Order", as well as in pursuance of the Action Plan for information and explanatory work with decomposition into various target groups, the Anti-Corruption Service of the East Kazakhstan region organized a screening of the theatrical production "Chekhov's Stories" for civil servants of the region. The event is aimed at creating an anti-corruption culture, promoting the values of integrity, honesty and fairness in public service. Through the works of the classic Russian literature, imbued with deep meaning, morality and subtle satire on human vices, the audience was reminded of the importance of moral guidelines and personal responsibility. The choice of the theatrical form of the event is not accidental. Art, as a means of influencing consciousness and values, contributes to a deeper understanding of moral guidelines and professional ethics. The performance became not only a cultural event, but also part of a targeted information campaign to strengthen anti-corruption immunity in society. Energy Ministers of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, and Uzbekistan Convened for the Second Ministerial Roundtable for Kambarata-1 HPP 29.05.2025
On May 26-27, 2025, energy ministers from Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Uzbekistan gathered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, for the Second Ministerial Roundtable on the Kambarata-1 Hydropower Plant (HPP) Project, a key regional initiative aimed at enhancing energy security and improving the use of water resources in Central Asia. The event was held with support from the World Bank.The meeting brought together Yerlan Akkenjenov, Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan; Taalaibek Ibraev, Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic; and Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov, Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan, along with senior officials from the respective ministries of finance and ministries of water resources. The meeting participants discussed the next steps in advancing the 1,860-megawatt Kambarata-1 HPP on the Naryn River in the Kyrgyz Republic, which is jointly implemented by the governments of the three countries.At the request of the three governments, the World Bank has been supporting their efforts to advance the Kambarata-1 HPP Project by providing technical assistance for activities such as updating the project’s feasibility study, preparing environmental and social assessments, and helping to develop a sustainable financing plan and commercial framework.The Roundtable was also attended by senior World Bank officials, including Tatiana Proskuryakova, Director for Central Asia; Carolina Sanchez-Paramo, Director of Strategy and Operations in Europe and Central Asia (ECA); Charles Joseph Cormier, Regional Director for Infrastructure in the ECA region; and Stephanie Gil, Energy Practice Manager in the ECA region.Tatiana Proskuryakova, the World Bank’s Director for Central Asia, said: “The World Bank welcomes the new and unprecedented level of cooperation among Central Asian countries to strengthen regional energy and water security. From May 23 to 25, the city of Braslav (Republic of Belarus) hosted one of the oldest and most respected festivals of traditional culture — Braslavskie Zarnitsy, which celebrated its 58th anniversary this year. The competition brought together 24 vocal ensembles from various countries and regions, uniting around 500 participants performing traditional songs accompanied by live folk instruments.A special point of pride at the festival was the participation of the male choir of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ensemble presented a solemn concert program dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. Staff Meeting Held Under the Chairmanship of the City Akim 29.05.2025
On May 26, a staff meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Akim of Zhanaozen, Zhanseit Kainarbaev. During the meeting, two main issues aimed at the development of the city and addressing pressing problems were considered.The first item on the agenda was the discussion of Zhanaozen's economic and strategic development plan. A report on this topic was delivered by the Head of the City Department of Economy and Budget Planning, Nurzhuma Bopyshkyzy Gumarova. The second issue discussed was the state of tax revenues to the city budget. This topic was presented by the Head of the Zhanaozen City Department of State Revenues, Nurzhan Nurbergenuly Zhanibekov.During the meeting, Akim Zhanseit Kainarbaev emphasized the importance of diversifying the city’s economy. He highlighted the need to develop small and medium-sized businesses and to attract new franchises to increase the share of domestic products. He also issued specific instructions to intensify work within the localization project, to include the construction of the “Binom” and “Abai” schools in the development plan, and to proceed with the construction of sports complexes.The Akim also underlined the importance of engaging entrepreneurs in the development of agriculture and tourism, stressing the need to reduce the region's dependency on oil and raw materials. The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that Chapter 47 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Code) has approved forms of customs control, one of which is customs inspection.The procedure for conducting an on-site customs inspection is defined by Article 418 of the Code.On-site customs checks are divided into the following types::1) unscheduled on-site customs inspection;2) counter unscheduled on-site customs inspection;3) comprehensive on-site customs inspection.An on-site customs inspection is carried out on the basis of a prescription (paragraph 3 of Article 418 of the Code).Unscheduled on-site customs inspections are carried out without restrictions on the frequency of such inspections.The grounds for the appointment of unscheduled on-site customs inspections are listed in paragraph 10 of Article 418 of the Code.If it is necessary to confirm the accuracy of the information provided by the person being checked, the customs authority may conduct a counter unscheduled on-site customs inspection of persons created and (or) registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, when conducting an on-site customs inspection by the customs authority and related to the person being checked for transactions (operations) with goods.The date of commencement of an on-site customs inspection is the date on which a copy of the customs inspection order is handed over to the person being checked.A comprehensive on-site customs inspection in accordance with paragraph 11-1 of Article 418 of the Code is carried out on the basis of a risk management system.The procedure for selecting the persons to be audited using the risk management system for the appointment of an audit is determined by the authorized body.Changes to the semi-annual schedules of complex on-site customs inspections are not allowed.The inspection is carried out according to the semi-annual schedule of comprehensive on-site customs inspections.The authorized body posts the schedule of inspections on its Internet resource for the first half of the year - until December 25 of the year preceding the year of the inspection.For the second half of the year, comprehensive on–site customs inspections will be carried out until May 25 of the current calendar year.The Customs authorities shall send or deliver a notice of the inspection to the person being checked at least thirty calendar days before the start of the inspection.The period of conducting an on-site customs inspection should not exceed two months. The specified period does not include the time period between the date of delivery of the request for documents and (or) information to the person being checked and the date of receipt of such documents and (or) information.The period for conducting an on-site customs inspection may be extended by one month by decision of the customs authority that conducts such an inspection.The results of an on-site customs inspection are formalized by an on-site customs inspection act.Prior to drawing up an on-site customs inspection report, in case of detection of violations of the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, customs and (or) other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an official of the customs authority sends or hands over to the person being checked a preliminary on-site customs inspection report.In this case, the person being checked has the right to submit a written objection to the preliminary act of on-site customs inspection.The date of completion of the on-site customs inspection is considered to be the date of the preparation of the on-site customs inspection report, issued based on the results of the on-site customs inspection, which is drawn up in two copies and signed by the officials who conducted the customs inspection.The act of on-site customs inspection is approved by the head (the person replacing him) of the customs authority that conducted the customs inspection.The first copy of the on-site customs inspection report is attached to the materials of the customs inspection, the second copy of the report with the attached calculations is sent or handed over to the person being checked no later than five calendar days from the date of completion of the on-site customs inspection.Based on the results of an on-site customs inspection, which revealed violations of the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, customs and (or) other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a notification of the results of the inspection is issued.The notification of the inspection results is given to the person being checked.On-site customs inspection is not carried out in respect of individuals, with the exception of individual entrepreneurs registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.(unofficial translation)Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-mangistau/press/news/details/1006917?lang=kk
