The head of state pays special attention to the development of the agro-industrial complex, infrastructure and mass sports. Systematic work is being carried out in this direction in the Kostanay region. Today, several important facilities were launched at once in the Mendikara district, and construction sites were inspected.Opening of the "Shygys-1" dairy farmAs part of the development of the agro-industrial complex in the district, the "Shygys-1" dairy farm was launched. This is a modern complex for 1,200 cows. The farm will produce 9.7 thousand tons of milk annually. Currently, 50 new jobs have been created here.The total cost of the project is 6.2 billion tenge. The produced milk will be sent to LLP "Milkh" for processing. The farm is expanding its operations and a second cowshed and a calf barn are planned to be built in 2025.Construction of a new farm in the village of KamenskuralskoyeIn addition, construction of a new dairy farm for 1,200 heads of cattle is underway in the village of Kamenskuralskoye. After completion of construction work, this enterprise will produce 6.7 thousand tons of milk per year.The cost of the project is 4.3 billion tenge, and the new production facility will provide permanent employment for 15 people. The enterprise will be launched in December 2025.It should be noted that 30 new dairy farms are planned to be built in the region by 2028, which will allow for additional milk production of up to 43 thousand tons per year. Thus, local producers can fully meet the region's demand for dairy products.Water pipeline launched in Stepanovka villageDevelopment of rural infrastructure is one of the main tasks. For this purpose, a new water pipeline with a length of 38 km was launched in Stepanovka village.Thanks to an investment of 1.9 billion tenge, 1.5 thousand residents of Stepanovka, Ivanovka and Lesnoye villages were provided with clean drinking water. The launch of the water system will not only improve the quality of life in rural areas, but will also give impetus to the development of small and medium-sized businesses.A new hockey rink opens in Kharkovskoye villageCreating conditions for children and youth to engage in sports is one of the most important tasks. On this occasion, a new hockey rink was opened in the village of Kharkovskoye.Located on an area of ​​2 thousand square meters, this facility was invested with 253 million tenge within the framework of the state program "Village - Cradle of the Nation". Here, 60 children can play hockey and figure skating. In 2024, Kazakhstanis were provided with more than 1.5 million various public services in the social and labor sphere in a proactive format. The number of services provided increased by 200 thousand compared to 2023.The proactive format provides for an unsolicited procedure for providing any service when a certain life situation arises. All necessary information is collected electronically from the state database. For this, citizens do not need to go anywhere, they just need to respond to an SMS message.Part of proactive services is provided through the Digital Family Card, which automatically determines the level of well-being, as well as appropriate measures of state support. Thanks to its introduction, in 2024, more than 642 thousand people received SMS for the proactive provision of public services. At the same time, 263 thousand people used the opportunity to receive benefits or payments without an application.In February 2024, another public service, namely the service "Reimbursement of expenses for home education of children with disabilities", was transferred to a proactive format.Thus, today 28 public services in the social and labor sphere are provided in a proactive format. The most popular of them are:- registration of unemployed citizens (771 thousand);- assignment of benefits for childbirth and childcare (218 thousand);- assignment of social payments in case of loss of income due to childcare (172 thousand);- payment of the difference between the amount of actually paid mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions and the amount of pension savings (state guarantee), taking into account the inflation rate (177 thousand);- determination of the degree of disability and/or loss of working capacity and/or determination of the necessary social protection measures (97 thousand).At the same time, comprehensive work is being carried out to transform and simplify certain services.In particular, the implementation of a pilot project on the external format of conducting medical and social expertise to determine the disability group for 30 nosologies continues. In 2024, about 97 thousand applications were considered in this format.People with disabilities also have the opportunity to independently choose a manufacturer and supplier of technical equipment and rehabilitation services through the Social Services Portal.
