The number of services provided increased by 200 thousand compared to 2023.The proactive format provides for an unsolicited procedure for providing any service when a certain life situation arises. All necessary information is collected electronically from the state database. For this, citizens do not need to go anywhere, they just need to respond to an SMS message.Part of proactive services is provided through the Digital Family Card, which automatically determines the level of well-being, as well as appropriate measures of state support.
