Deputies of the capital's maslikhat recorded a series of videos in which they congratulated Kazakhstanis on the Independence Day of the country, the official website of the Astana Akimat reports.
The deputies of the Astana Maslikhat expressed gratitude for the successes achieved and wished further prosperity to the country.
Special attention was paid to the unity of the people, the importance of preserving peace and harmony, as well as independence for the further development of Kazakhstan.

"Today, years later, we are proud of the successes of our people, who through their work and unity create a bright future. Independence is not only the right to be free, but also a huge responsibility to future generations. Preserving this great value and increasing it is our common task," said Yerlan Kanalimov, Chairman of the city Maslikhat.
As part of the challenge, deputies from the regions were given the baton to continue in other regions of Kazakhstan.
